All orders over £70 qualify for free delivery. We charge £5 for delivery for all orders below this amount.
We will send you a notification via email once your flowers have been delivered.
You can specify the date for delivery but not the time. We try to deliver all bouquets between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. During busy times these times may vary.
We will leave flowers in a safe place and put a card through the recipient's door to notify them of where we have left the bouquet.
Our website does not offer same-day or express delivery options. However, if you call us on 01962735097 during normal business hours we may be able to offer this service to you depending on how busy we are.
Yes - you will be offered this option during the checkout process. You will be able to select which shop you want to collect from (Alresford or Winchester)
There will be flower care instructions and a sachet of flower food included with the flowers to enable the recipient to get the best vase life possible from the flowers.
